Buenaveda Apple cider vinegar Infusion is hand-crafted and organically produced using the Orleans method. Orleans’ method or the village method of slow fermentation is the most natural way of vinegar production.
The ACV is unpasteurised, unfiltered and with an “Active Mother” that is very potent, and full of healthy enzymes. After the process of fermentation is complete, it is infused with Organic Cinnamon and Raw Honey for a period of 1-2 months.
