6 steps to Healthy and Glowing Skin

How about a bath in the fountain of youth? Want your skin to glow and be at its healthiest?

The skin is the longest organ of our body, and thus should be looked after with utmost care to keep it glowing and healthy.

There are many beauty products in the market that claim they can make you look younger or stop aging altogether.
But the question is, ”Can they?”; when the fact remains that these products are manufactured using synthetic chemicals.

An alternative and natural method to rejuvenate your skin are by applying and consuming naturally produced Apple Cider Vinegar. BuenaVeda Apple Cider Vinegar is an All Natural product which helps in curing problems related to the skin.
Aging is a very natural process but with it comes various other challenges; like wrinkles, etc.

Wrinkles occur due to the dead skin which sags up beneath the skin layers and starts to break down. BuenaVeda Apple Cider Vinegar can be used to get rid of dead cells and eventually tighten up the saggy skin causing wrinkles. And in addition, it cleans the accumulated dirt to give you a glowing skin that many people dream of.

You can use Apple Cider Vinegar in the following manner:

  • Clean your face with lukewarm water to remove dirt.
  • Take a bowl, fill it with hot water and add half-a-cup of BuenaVeda Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Cover your head with a towel and let the steam rise up to your face.
  • Take up the steam for about 10 – 15 minutes.
  • After the steam, apply a solution of BuenaVeda Apple Cider Vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio to your face and leave it for another 10 minutes.
  • Using a brush or a massager, gently massage your face to remove the dead cells.

ACV not only removes dead cells but it also loosen up clogged pores and removes the dirt beneath the layers of the skin in a very natural process.
It rejuvenates your skin and restores the pH balance without the mixing of any harmful chemicals. And gives a vibrant and glowing skin.

And it is so easy that you can do this at home at a fraction of the cost.
