Buenaveda offers complete trust and transparency on all your purchases with us to all our customers. Any purchased item can be returned within a week from the receipt of orders. The returns are only applicable for the following reasons:
- Wrong Product.
- Damaged(to be returned without accepting).
- Delayed beyond 30 days for delivery.
Before returning the product, please make sure products are not opened and used.
Note: As these are FMCG products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those mentioned above.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back unless confirmed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 10-15 working days.

You’ll have to bear the shipping costs for returning the item. When approved, the shipping costs will be refunded along with the refund amount. Please note, that the shipping costs are non-refundable on products on sale.
For products applicable for return, we either give shopping points or refund to cards directly (in case of pre-payment). For any other form of payment, we issue a cheque/online transfer.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received any update on your refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
