Shipping Policy:

Thank you for choosing BuenaVeda, your trusted source of natural Apple Cider Vinegar. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Order Processing and Shipment:
    1. Upon receiving your order and confirming complete payment, we will process and prepare your shipment for dispatch.
    2. Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that the address is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any delivery delays or issues.
    3. We work with reliable delivery partners to fulfil your orders efficiently and ensure they reach you in the shortest possible time.
  2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time:
    1. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the order.
    2. BuenaVeda ships within India only.
    3. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, and they may vary based on the delivery location. Please note that these delivery times are indicative and may be subject to occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Order Tracking: After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s website.
  4. Cancellations:
    1. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
    2. To cancel an order, please send an email to care@buenaveda.in with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Our customer support team will process your request and confirm the cancellation via email.
    3. If your order has already been shipped or is in the process of being shipped within the 24-hour window, we won’t be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can follow our return policy for initiating a return or refund.
  5. Order Receipt and Inspection:
    1. Upon delivery, please ensure to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting it. If you notice any issues, you may refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately at care@buenaveda.in.
    2. Once you accept the delivery, the responsibility for the products shifts to you, and BuenaVeda will not be liable for any subsequent damages or issues.
  6. Non-Delivery:
    1. In rare cases where the courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability at the provided address, they will make multiple delivery attempts. Please cooperate with them to ensure successful delivery.
    2. If the courier partner is still unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, it will be returned to BuenaVeda. In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Return Policy:

Buenaveda offers complete trust and transparency on all your purchases with us to all our customers. Any purchased item can be returned within a week from the receipt of orders. The returns are only applicable for the following reasons per our Return and Refund Policy:

  • Wrong Product.
  • Expired.
  • Damaged(to be returned without accepting).
  • Delayed beyond 30 days for delivery.

Before returning the product, please make sure products are not opened and used.
Note: As these are FMCG products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those mentioned above.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back unless confirmed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 10-15 working days.

Return Shipping Policy:

To return your product, please mail the product to Vital Health Products LLP, Shop # CM11, Central Market, Gurjinder Vihar, Sector CHI1, Greater Noida, UP – 210310

You’ll have to bear the shipping costs for returning the item. When approved, the shipping costs will be refunded along with the refund amount. Please note, that the shipping costs are non-refundable on products on sale.

Refund Policy:

For products applicable for return, we either give shopping points or refund cards directly (in case of pre-payment). For any other form of payment, we issue a cheque/online transfer.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received any update on your refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@vitalhealthproducts.in.

Cancellation Policy :

Note: The cancellation is only applicable before dispatch.
