  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the olive oil and whisk until well combined.
